Novartis ($NVS) is expanding a plant in Singapore and the international engineering and construction firm PM Group is helping. The company says that it will do engineering, procurement and construction management services for a new GMP warehouse and a raw material laboratory. Novartis has had a production facility in Tuas, Singapore, for some years. In 2012, it announced it would spend about $500 million to build a second facility there to manufacture biologics drugs.
