Capsugel says it has completed the second phase of a $25 million project in Bend, OR, where it has built a spray-dried dispersion (SDD) facility, which it claims is the largest in North America. The facility now has three dryers. The company said that it is adding another 20 jobs in the second half of this year to the 20 new jobs the facility has already created.
