AI and personalization drive next era of pharma marketing

Artificial intelligence is reshaping healthcare marketing by enabling real-time responsiveness, more precise targeting and stronger connections between providers and patients, according to Danielle Lynch, Vice President of Client Experience for Phreesia Network Solutions. In a recent conversation with FiercePharma Publisher Rebecca Willumson, Lynch said AI is helping marketers interpret complex health data, trigger timely outreach and provide meaningful education that supports adherence and more impactful interventions. Phreesia Network Solutions, best known for pioneering a 1:1 point-of-care model based on affirmative opt-in consent, is focused on making care easier across the patient journey with its PatientConnect offering, the MediFind database, and post-script engagement capabilities. Lynch said the company is working to make the patient experience more seamless through tailored content delivery before, during and after appointments; adherence and access support; and preventive health campaigns. Looking ahead, she predicted patient and provider marketing will continue to become more coordinated, and feature clinically supportive content.
