Tool will help pharma companies inform side effects reported by patients on Facebook to FDA

In July of this year, pharma giant Pfizer's Facebook page was hacked by a group called Script Kiddies. They posted anti-Pfizer messages and angry language aiming at the company. The UK based group also added unflattering profile images to the page and posted links to news articles critical of the firm. The group also claimed responsbility for the Fox News hack last month.
