NEW HAVEN, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Rib-X Pharmaceuticals, Inc. announced today that the Company has filed a registration statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission relating to the proposed initial public offering of its common stock. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the offering have not yet been determined.

Deutsche Bank Securities will act as the sole book-running manager for the offering. William Blair & Company, Lazard Capital Markets and Needham & Company, LLC will act as co-managers.
