Pfizer finally settles Trovan suits in Nigeria

Nigeria's Kano state and Pfizer have reached a final court settlement in a multibillion dollar lawsuit over a 1996 drug trial, lawyers for both parties said on Monday. Sources told Reuters the settlement calls for Pfizer to pay $75 million. Report | Report
