Daiichi Sankyo Announces New Executive Candidates
Tokyo, Japan, May 12, 2010 -Daiichi Sankyo Company, Limited, today announced that in a gathering earlier in the day its Board of Directors nominated a new president and board and auditor candidates, as follows. Appointments will be subject to approval at the Company's 5th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on June 28 and formal resolutions at a subsequent board gathering.
