Cardinal plots spinoff, CEO switch

Drug distributor Cardinal Health plans to spin off its clinical and medical products divisions into one new public company. Cardinal Chairman and CEO Kerry Clark will stick around through the spin-off and then retire, to be succeeded by Vice Chairman George Barrett. Report
