Fishawack Health unites key units under one roof with new chiefs in marketing, creative and media

Biopharma commercialization agency Fishawack Health has with a promotion and a new hire created a new “integrated delivery model” that looks to boost its offering to the firm’s life sciences clients.

Fishawack has promoted Ryan Mason to chief marketing and creative officer, a new position that will, according to a release, “unite creative, brand and engagement strategy and media and analytics teams.”

As part of this new union, the agency has also hired industry veteran Jeffrey Erb to serve as chief media officer, charged with growing the company’s media and analytics capabilities to boost resources in house for the firm.

“Ryan’s ability to foster and build teams across creative, brand and engagement strategy and media and analytics disciplines makes him the perfect leader as we continue to offer stakeholder-centric and integrated solutions, seamlessly connecting strategy with execution,” said Mario Muredda, president of marketing, in the release.

“Jeff’s deep expertise in advancing media and analytics capabilities is core to helping our clients deliver personalized experiences that increase awareness, shift beliefs and behaviors, and are optimized in real time.”

Muredda added that the integration of capabilities under the marketing umbrella is “purposeful,” saying this new, unified model “enables us to tap into data and deep customer insights to develop highly relevant, content-rich experiences.”
