GlaxoSmithKline ($GSK) and Pfizer ($PFE) have both been working on incorporating continuous manufacturing into their production networks. Now they will work on it together. Pfizer announced today that the two had inked a multi-year collaboration for the next-gen design of the portable, continuous, miniature and modular (PCMM) prototype for oral solid dose production that it has already built.
