Laetus Aquired by Danaher

Change of ownership will significantly enhance Laetus' growth opportunities through increased scale and access to complementary capabilities.

Laetus, a global leader in inline quality inspection and track and trace systems, today announced it has been acquired by Danaher. Laetus will operate as an independent business within the Product Identification Platform.

Alex Lever, newly appointed Managing Director Laetus, commented, "This is an exciting next step in the development of Laetus, both for our customers and for our associates. We will strengthen our existing solution offerings through continued investment in research and development while benefitting from Danaher's established software capabilities and global presence.
