Illegal drug ring busted

A Massachusetts man has been sentenced to more than three years in prison for smuggling and distributing anabolic steroids, human growth hormone, insulin-like growth factor, and clenbuterol originating from unregulated sites in China, Turkey, Poland, and Romania. The prescription drugs entered the U.S. in packages labeled as test tubes, mold samples and glassware. The body-building drugs were sold over the Internet and most were paid for by credit card from customers in New Hampshire and throughout the United States.  Release
