San Diego-based contract manufacturer Formex has merged with China-based BioDuro. The merged groups will operate under the BioDuro name out of San Diego. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. BioDuro said in a statement that the combined group will have access to BioDuro's 100,000-square-foot facility in Beijing, where it focuses on biosimilars and other products, and a 44,000-square-foot Formex facility in San Diego.
