BIO-XCELL INTRODUCES A NEW SCHEME TARGETED  AT BIOMANUFACTURERS AND ECOSYSTEM PROVIDERS
 
Kuala Lumpur 27th August 2013 - Malaysian Bio-XCell Sdn Bhd (Bio-XCell) – is 
the developer of Bio-XCell Biotechnology Park a joint venture between Malaysian 
Biotechnology Corporation (BiotechCorp) and UEM Sunrise Berhad (formerly known 
as UEM Land Berhad) - Malaysia's Premier Biotechnology Park and Ecosystem, for 
industrial and healthcare biotechnology, introduced a new product, the "Titanium 
 
At a press conference held here today,  Rizatuddin Ramli, CEO of Bio-XCell said 
that this scheme represents the next phase of the park which is designed to attract 
biomanufacturers and ecosystem providers to set up their operations at the 160 
acres park located in Nusajaya, Johor. The Titanium scheme will give clients an 
opportunity to lease land and set up their customised facilities at a managed park 
with ready infrastructure. The clients will also benefit from the ecosystem enabled 
by Bio-XCell.  The ecosystem includes the provision of specialised utilities required 
for biomanufacturing such as chilled water, industrial steam and waste water 
management via the Central Utilities Facility (CUF) which will be offered on a payper-use basis. 
 
Clients will also benefit from a myriad of value added services such as business 
amenities that will be offered at the Central Hub "Clients can fast track their projects 
by taking advantage of the ready to move in office space, business services and 
other amenities once the Central Hub is ready in the first quarter of 2014." he said.
To date a total investment of RM230 million has been spent to create the ecosystem.  
We have 29 acres of available land plots which are anticipated to attract 4 – 5 
new clients under this new scheme.  This undertaking demonstrates Bio-XCell's 
commitment to attract leading biotech companies from around the world and
