Three pharmaceutical company owners in India busted for distributing pseudoephedrine

The Indian Directorate of Revenue Intelligence arrested 6 people, including the owners of three pharmaceutical companies, for possession and distribution of pseudoephedrine used to manufacture the street drugs ecstasy and speed. The DRI seizure of 350 kilograms of the substance is one of the biggest busts this year, authorities said. Those arrested included the owners of Veishorm Pharmaceuticals in East Delhi, Daffohils Pharma in Dehradun and GT Pharma in Baddi. The other three arrested were identified as "businessmen" from Delhi. Story
