SPOTLIGHT: Novartis sues Trimeris for patent infringement
The biopharmaceutical company Trimeris says it's being sued by Novartis for infringing a patent the Swiss drug maker got a month ago. The suit targets Fuzeon, Trimeris' HIV treatment developed in collaboration with Roche and approved in 2003. Report
