J&J opts out of new wellness unit
All's well that ends well? Johnson & Johnson has decided not to launch a stand-alone wellness and disease-prevention unit. Instead, it's planning to expand its business in that area under the umbrella of its consumer unit. Last year, J&J announced its wellness intentions with the acquisition of HealthMedia, saying that it hoped the new unit would account for $20 billion in revenue. Report
