GlaxoSmithKline ($GSK) wants to know what consumers are saying about it online so that it can do a better job with its digital marketing. So, the London-based drug giant has inked a multimillion-dollar deal with Infosys ($INFY) and Fabric Worldwide to gain insights into peoples' views about GSK products on social media and other websites.
