EU wholesalers concerned about packaging

The European Commission recently released its "pharmaceutical package," which has some anti-counterfeiting proposals that the European Association of Pharmaceutical Full-line Wholesalers (GIRP) finds troubling. While GIRP was pleased with new legislation to prevent some medications from entering into the legal supply chain, it raised concerns about the number of licenses that distributors across the European Union received. Report.
