She leads and oversees LiveWorld’s creative strategy and work ranging from comprehensive campaigns to day-to-day team production. Jena brings almost 20 years of work experience that spans both pharmaceutical and consumer, which gives her unique insight into her audiences. For the past decade she has helped build awareness of many conditions, from diabetes to the rarest of diseases, for healthcare brands including AbbVie, Amryt, Celgene, Chiesi, Eisai, Johnson & Johnson, Merck, Nutricia, Novo Nordisk, Novartis, Nutricia, Teva and Zoetis.

Her work spans numerous cause-marketing campaigns, re-brandings, new product launches as well as evergreen programs, and includes everything from print and packaging to digital and social media content. Her unique and compelling creative has helped to drive engagement and conversation with target audiences — whether that be patients, consumers or professionals.

Jessica Pansini is an experienced communicator who values creative storytelling and pushes boundaries to breakthrough digital noise for maximum brand impact. 

She oversees Sanofi’s U.S. social media strategy, from creative concepting to analytics and reporting, working closely with internal and external partners. Jessica leverages knowledge gained from managing all corporate U.S. social media content to drive executive thought leadership and corporate reputation insights, with a focus on measurement and impact. 

Jessica brings nearly 15 years of pharmaceutical experience ranging from internal/employee engagement activations to full scale external media campaigns. She has supported several brand and corporate initiatives for companies like Novartis, Eli Lilly, Bayer, AbbVie.

Tricia Kashima

Tricia is a passionate media director that is driven to deliver quality paid media programs spanning from brand awareness to lead generation and measuring the results of every media dollar spent. Her strategic and efficient media plans have helped to drive awareness and engage patient, consumer, and professional audiences. Tricia has over 20 years of experience in pharmaceutical DTC and HCP, healthcare, tourism, gaming, finance, sports marketing, and QSR.

She leads and oversees LiveWorld’s paid media which consisting of digital display, social, programmatic, and print campaigns. Previously, Tricia was a part of Omnicom Health Group where she led the media team to launch first-to-market vaccines and helped build awareness for many conditions ranging from women’s health to rare disease. She has managed healthcare brands including Pfizer, Korlym, Global Blood Therapeutics, and Gilead.
