Where Does Your Science Stand? Benchmarking Publication Impact

ET
60 Minutes

Publication volume is easy to measure. Publication impact is not. Most Medical Affairs teams know the difference but are still reporting on the metrics they can get, not the ones that actually answer leadership's questions.

Join us for a practitioner conversation on what meaningful publication strategy measurement looks like—and what it takes to get there.

We'll cover:

  • What "Return on Education" means and why it's the KPI Medical Affairs should own
  • Performance & scientific Share of Voice: how to benchmark your publications against competitors, by drug or disease area, and what that reveals
  • Value over volume: how leading teams are identifying which publications actually drive HCP engagement—not just which ones exist
  • Publication strategy—using past performance and competitor benchmarking to shape future publications
  • The real cost of static, agency-mediated reporting in a world that moves daily
