Closing Pharma’s Content Gap to Improve Search Visibility

ET
60 Minutes

Relevance, authority, and trust still determine which pharma brands get found, whether search happens on Google or in the AI tools HCPs and patients are increasingly using first.

What has changed is not the strategy, but how those signals are built, delivered, and interpreted across traditional and AI-driven search environments. Content slowed by MLR cycles, fragmented workflows, and inconsistent governance cannot meet the speed and structure required for both traditional and AI-driven search. This session shows how pharma marketing teams can close the content execution gap to improve visibility, scale content delivery, and strengthen search performance across channels.

Attendees will learn how to:

  • Improve content speed and reduce latency from creation to live
  • Strengthen governance and medical review consistency
  • Ensure content supports relevance, authority, and trust signals
  • Increase visibility across both traditional and AI-driven search
  • Identify where execution gaps are impacting HCP and patient reach

Lee Asling

Lee Asling is Principal Engineer at Gradial, where he leads engineering for ACI, Gradial’s Agentic Content Infrastructure. ACI is the governed content and data foundation that makes enterprise content, assets, policy, audience context, and business rules usable by both people and AI agents, helping teams move faster without giving up control.
With more than 15 years of experience across software development, architecture, and marketing technology leadership, Lee brings a rare ability to connect deep technical systems with the real-world workflows of marketing, digital, and content teams. An Adobe Certified Master for AEM Sites, he has led complex martech and AEM implementations for enterprise organizations and now focuses on helping teams reduce operational friction across CMS authoring, campaign QA, governance, personalization, and publishing.
For pharma teams working to improve search visibility, Lee’s perspective is especially relevant: closing the content gap requires more than creating more assets. It requires structured, governed content operations that can move approved information from strategy to live experience with greater speed, consistency, and compliance. His work at Gradial gives him a practical view into how AI and agent-ready infrastructure can help teams strengthen relevance, authority, and trust signals across both traditional and AI-driven search environments.
