Meeting Sites Where They Are: A Connected, Intelligence-Powered Operating Model

ET
60 Minutes

Join ICON, Advarra, and research site leaders on July 28 at 10am ET for a discussion on leveraging operational intelligence during study design and site selection and system connectivity during startup and conduct to improve trial operations and the site experience.

This webinar will explore what it means to “meet sites where they are” in practice by using data and AI for study planning and site selection and aligning downstream study activities within the technology and operational patterns that already shape site performance.

Sites are often asked to navigate sponsor and CRO processes that sit outside their day-to-day systems. Drawing on the connected site network model introduced by ICON and Advarra, the discussion will showcase how they have created a shared operating environment between sites, sponsors, and CROs and how it reduces rework, improves visibility, and helps sponsors and CROs engage sites more effectively across the trial lifecycle. For sponsors, this model offers a practical path to stronger site engagement and greater operational visibility without requiring sites to adopt additional technology or complete extra data steps. Attendees will leave with a clearer understanding of how to connect into existing site workflows to apply operational intelligence, reduce site burden, and improve predictability from study planning through conduct.
