Eric McCulley

Eric leads Digital Innovation and Business Transformation for UCB's Immunology Patient Value Unit, bringing 25 years of healthcare leadership experience. His career began as a registered nurse in cardiac rehab, trauma and ICU, then progressed through pharma sales, marketing and operations roles across three organizations. He later served Payers in data, analytics and digital applications for population health. A decade later these collective experiences have converged into Eric's current role where he enjoys orchestrating the intersections between data, analytics, and the digital applications which enable his organization as well as the health care practitioners and patients it serves.

Danielle Haug

Danielle serves as SVP, Life Sciences Partnerships at RxVantage, where she leads enterprise client relationships across pharmaceutical and biotech companies. For over five years, she has helped shape innovative partnerships that expand field team impact, accelerate launches, and deliver measurable results. Before joining RxVantage, Danielle worked as an independent consultant advising life sciences clients on commercialization and marketing strategies. She began her career in client leadership roles at global agencies such as Publicis, Ogilvy, and Saatchi & Saatchi. Danielle holds a degree from Saint Joseph’s University and lives in Southern California with her husband.

Max Franklin

Max serves as Senior Director of Partnership Strategy and Operations at RxVantage, bringing over a decade of healthcare strategy and client partnership experience. Prior to joining RxVantage, he spent four years at Navigating Cancer in partnership strategy and operations roles, and previously led healthcare initiatives at Quid, a business intelligence platform serving pharma and biotech companies. Max began his career at ZS Associates conducting market research for oncology brands. He holds a BSBA from Washington University in St. Louis and lives in Seattle with his wife and two children.
