("Immunovaccine" or "IMV") (IMV), a clinical stage vaccine and immunotherapy company, today announced that it is seeking approval to have its common shares trade on the OTCQX(R) Best Marketplace. The trading of Immunovaccine's common shares on OTCQX is subject to review and approval by OTC Markets Group Inc. Immunovaccine's shares will continue to trade on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the symbol "IMV."
