Recipharm to buy Alcon plant as part of manufacturing agreement

Swedish CDMO Recipharm says it has a deal in principle for a long-term manufacturing agreement to make ophthalmology products for Alcon. As part of the deal, it will acquire an Alcon plant in Kaysersberg, France, and take on its 260 employees. It said it is currently in discussions with the Work Council of Alcon over the deal and will have more details when the negotiations are complete. Release
