Medical marijuana coming to the pet med market

Will easing restrictions on the use of medical marijuana open up opportunities in the animal health industry? Cannabis Therapy has partnered with Seattle-based Canna-Pet to produce cannabinoids for canines. The companies announced their aim to enter the multibillion-dollar pet market with chewable hemp-based products to tackle diabetes, arthritis and other ailments in dogs head-on.
