Jack McGuire

Jack McGuire, Pharm.D., MBA, CNMT

As Vice President of Patient Support Services Innovation & Product Development for Mercalis, Jack provides strategic guidance and oversight for Mercalis’s non-commercial specialty pharmacy and commercial non-dispensing hub pharmacy. He works closely with sales, marketing, legal, client services, and operations to align a seamless and compliant patient journey and client experience within Mercalis’s pharmacies.

With over 20 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries, Jack’s expertise ranges from point of care provider solutions and clinical pharmacist oversight, to facility management and executive leadership. He has held executive management roles with companies ranging from Fortune 10 healthcare distribution to health-tech startups.  Throughout his career, Jack’s focus has been to identify growth opportunities, institute financial accountability, and drive operational excellence to guide pharmacies and patient service teams to deliver top-performing service levels and best-in-class patient care.

Dr. McGuire earned a BS in Nuclear Medicine from the University of Louisville, an MBA, and a Doctorate in Pharmacy from Sullivan University. He holds an active pharmacist license in sixteen states.

Molly Stallings

Molly Stallings

Molly Stallings is responsible for partnering with Subject Matter Experts to develop client and program strategies with a unique focus on engagement and adherence. Before joining Mercalis in 2014, Molly held Account Management and Strategic Services positions at several healthcare marketing agencies, including MicroMass Communications and GSW. In these roles, she led the creation of new service offerings that applied expertise in human health behavior to strengthen the impact of pre-commercial and post-launch marketing efforts.

In 2012, Molly was awarded the 2012 Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association Rising Star Award. Before MicroMass, Molly was a Product Director at Mentor, a division of Johnson and Johnson based in Santa Barbara, CA. While there, she participated in the launch of two brands and received the JNJ Standard of Leadership Award.

Molly graduated from Ohio University in Athens, OH.
