It's a pay cut for Amgen Chairman and CEO Kevin Sharer (photo). His 2007 compensation dropped by nearly 29 percent to $13.2 million, from $18.6 million in 2006. The 2007 number includes $1.5 million in salary and $1.5 million in bonuses (which came to $4.5 million the previous year).
