Pfizer Declares A 20-Cent First-Quarter 2011 Dividend

NEW YORK, Dec. 13, 2010 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The board of directors of Pfizer Inc. (NYSE: PFE) today declared a 20-cent first-quarter 2011 dividend on the company's common stock, payable March 1, 2011, to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 4, 2011.  Pfizer increased the dividend by approximately 11 percent, to 20 cents from 18 cents per share.

The first-quarter 2011 cash dividend will be the 289th consecutive quarterly dividend paid by Pfizer.
