Massachusetts OKs drug marketing bill

The Massachusetts legislature passed a bill to restrict drug marketing; while it doesn't include the controversial ban on gifts to doctors, it does require disclosure of payments greater than $50 and orders the establishment of regulations that would use the industry's proposed marketing code as a springboard.
