Court grants favorable decision to Warner Chilcott in Doryx dispute

A New Jersey court has granted a motion for preliminary injunction against Mylan ($MYL) preventing the company from launching a generic version of Doryx 150 mg before a decision is made in Warner Chilcott's ($WCRX) lawsuit against it.
