Construction underway for Chinese Academy of Sciences Changzhou R&D center

Construction has started on a $323 million Chinese Academy of Sciences R&D center that will house a stem cell bank and tissue engineering and genetic testing facilities for diseases. The facility, based in Changzhou, will be built in phases starting with regenerative medicine this year and genetic applications in 2017.
