Oxford BioMedica says the U.K.'s Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) has given approval to its new biomanufacturing facility in Yarnton, Oxford, to manufacture bulk drug material for Investigational Medicinal Products. The company said with the new facility in operation it will have double the capacity. The company expects capacity expansion at its other site in Oxford to be complete in the first half of this year.
