Two Indian vaccinemakers are ramping up production of their swine flu vaccines, to replace stocks that were destroyed recently after they expired. Bharat Biotech and Serum Institute are both hustling to get tens of thousands of doses to the market within weeks as swine flu has surged through. About 11,000 people have tested positive and 750 have died. Report
