Sanofi board ousts CEO, aiming for a more 'cooperative' chief

Sanofi ($SNY) CEO Chris Viehbacher is now the French drugmaker's ex-CEO. In a terse statement Wednesday morning, the company's board said it had unanimously voted to fire Viehbacher, who has led the company since 2008. The ouster followed several days of news about conflict between Viehbacher and Sanofi's board. Report
