Sanofi board ousts CEO, aiming for a more 'cooperative' chief

Sanofi ($SNY) CEO Chris Viehbacher is now the French drugmaker's ex-CEO. In a terse statement Wednesday morning, the company's board said it had unanimously voted to fire Viehbacher, who has led the company since 2008.
