Acquisition Expands ExpertSOLUTIONS' Global Footprint, Provides Enhanced Services for Both Companies

INDIANAPOLIS – ExpertSOLUTIONS, a strategic business unit of Stericycle, Inc. (NASDAQ: SRCL), announced today that it has acquired Eclipse Marketing, a leading customer relationship management (CRM) marketing company with expertise in recalls in the United Kingdom and Europe. The transaction was completed at the end of June 2013. This acquisition provides ExpertSOLUTIONS and Eclipse Marketing with a solid infrastructure for global market expansion.

These comprehensive services are diverse and include a turnkey suite of solutions for recall execution, product retrieval, field marketing services, product warehousing, field audits, and environmentally friendly product destruction services.
