U.K. drugmakers Aesica Pharmaceuticals and SCM Pharma joined other high-tech companies in helping a high-profile North Pole outfit, entering its busiest time of year, apply Six Sigma techniques to improve production and distribution. The company CEO was arrested and received a warning from regulators about product quality breaches.
