News of Note—Convictions overturned; Hi-Tech expands

> A federal judge has overturned the convictions of a co-owner and a former employee of the New England Compounding Center, the outsourcing pharmacy from which tainted drugs in 2012 caused a fungal meningitis outbreak that led to more than 100 deaths. The incident led to a law giving federal regulators oversight of some outsourcing facilities. Story
