South African distributor AHN Pharma and Canadian API maker BioVectra separately report operations enhancements from their enterprise resource planning systems.
AHN says it is implementing a SAP Business One ERP solution with help from contractor 4most. First-phase work, for stock, workflow and batch tracking as well as financials, is under way. The second phase will have more of an operations focus that targets production.
Separately, BioVectra reports improvements to its quality management and regulatory compliance efforts thanks to the SYSPRO Enterprise Resource Planning system. The Canadian API maker, a user of the system for more than a decade, recently implemented an electronic funds transfer module for supplier payments.
