DPx Holdings Aligns Business Units to Support Company Strategy for End-to-End Integrated Development Offering OneSourceTM
Durham, N.C. — (October 1, 2014)—DPx Holdings B.V., privately owned by JLL Partners and Royal DSM, is pleased to announce the renaming of its DSM Fine Chemicals business unit to DPx Fine Chemicals™. This change aligns with the name and strategy of DPx Holdings further supporting the integration of its businesses.
DPx Holdings is the privately held parent company of the Patheon®, DPxFine Chemicals and Banner Life Sciences™ businesses and is a leading provider of CDMO services, pharmaceutical products for the pharmaceutical industry and select chemical products for other industries. The pharmaceutical API services and capabilities that were offered under DSM Fine Chemicals have been shifted and are now branded under Patheon, supporting the company's end-to-end development offering called OneSourceTM. This new offering combines the capabilities and services across the Patheon pharma businesses.
