DOJ lawyer named director of FDA's Office of Compliance

The FDA has picked a successor to Howard Sklamberg to oversee the Office of Compliance (OC), Regulatory Focus reports. Cynthia Schnedar, a lawyer with extensive experience at the Department of Justice has been named director. The position has been vacant since Sklamberg was promoted in January to deputy commissioner for Global Regulatory Operations and Policy (GO). Story
