BASF invests $63M in PVP manufacturing operations

BASF intends to invest more than $63 million to build a polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) plant in Shanghai, China, as well as expanding capacity at plants in plants in Ludwigshafen, Germany, and Geismar, LA.
