Roche neighbors sue, claiming contamination lowered home prices

Roche ($RHHBY) handled hazardous chemicals at its now-shuttered facility in Nutley, NJ--and its neighbors say the company didn't do it properly. Two of them filed a lawsuit claiming that the company's Route 3 operation created a contamination plume that's found its way beneath neighborhood homes, decreasing property values in the process. Roche says it has complied with all state and federal guidelines, and has started "approved remediation" at the site. Report
