Official announcement of press articles regarding stake sale of Celltrion

On July 31st, Celltrion officially announced that some press articles recently inaccurately reported that Celltrion Holdings would be selling its stake in Celltrion to AstraZeneca.
Celltrion's largest shareholder is currently under discussions with its financial advisor, J.P. Morgan, but no definite structure, decision or buyer regarding the stake sale has been determined.
Celltrion is making best efforts to ensure that the best interest of Celltrion's business and Korea's pharmaceutical industry are served through this stake sale.
