Former Warner Chilcott CFO Paul Herendeen takes that spot at Zoetis

Paul Herendeen has been appointed as the new executive vice president and chief financial officer of Zoetis ($ZTS), the animal health industry leader. Reporting to CEO Juan Ramón Alaix, he will oversee the company's finance and IT segments. He replaces Rick Passov, who left in April; Glenn David, who has been acting in the interim, will remain at Zoetis. "We are very pleased to have Paul Herendeen joining our executive team," said Alaix in a statement. "Paul is an experienced and talented CFO with substantial background in the healthcare sector and as a public company CFO." He has spent the last 16 years as the CFO of public companies, including Warner Chilcott, which was acquired last year by Actavis ($ACT). Release
