Sanofi-Aventis hit with discrimination suit
Four women are suing Sanofi-Aventis for sex discrimination in U.S. federal court. The women say they were passed over for promotions, were paid less than their male colleagues and--red-flag language alert--were subjected to "sexually abusive" working environments.
Originally filed by one woman in May, the suit added three plaintiffs yesterday and now is seeking class-action status. The company denies the claims, saying its female employees are treated fairly and lawfully.

suing company is fairly long drawn battle with lot of money spent from plaintiff.thi is particularly a problem confronted in India.In the end the justice should prevail
