Rowers race to Ibiza to lobby for HPV shots for boys

Makers of the vaccines against human papillomavirus (HPV) may get a boost from a sporting event today. London bankers, hedge funders and traders are rowing from Barcelona to Ibiza, Spain, to support expanding routine HPV vaccination to boys, citing growth in cancers related to the virus. Merck's ($MRK) Gardasil is the only one FDA-approved for use in males as well as females; GlaxoSmithKline's ($GSK) Cervarix is approved for girls and women. Report
