Roche ($RHHBY) handled hazardous chemicals at its now-shuttered facility in Nutley, NJ--and its neighbors say the company didn't do it properly. Two of them filed a lawsuit claiming that the company's Route 3 operation created a contamination plume that's found its way beneath neighborhood homes, decreasing property values in the process.
