Report: Pfizer would pay $75M in Trovan case
Pfizer has agreed to pay $75 million to settle the long-running Nigerian case over a meningitis drug trial, African news sources report. The trial participants and families who sued will share the settlement with the Kano State Government in Nigeria. It's unclear at press time, however, whether all sides have approved the settlement deal. Report
